Message	intention when they started Craftsman back in 1927...but we have ALWAYS honored the lifetime warranty on all Craftsman tools (but that is not the major reason we are having financial troubles...all major retailers are having issues)....the lifetime warranty is on hand tools (not power tools) and we will fix it or replace it if it's not fixable...there is a limited warranty on flashlights and torque wrenches (and other fine specialty tools possibly)... but Craftsman is the #1 tool brand in America...in 2007, Craftsman was named “America’s Most Trusted Brand” and the brand with the highest expectations...of all the brands out there in the US, that should say a lot about the unmatched quality of Craftsman and Craftsman Professional...you just can't go wrong with these tools (and yes, I owned and was a fan of Craftsman even before I started working at Sears Holdings Corp.) but trust me, we are NOT going to drop the tool line Professional Photoshoot of my Z
